  • It should be applied to surfaces that are cleaned from all kinds of oil, dirt and dust and have had surface repairs. Isothermal Thermal Insulation Coating Application consists of 4-layer application. (1 layer primer, 2 layers coating and 1 layer polish). Before application, Isothermal Insulation Primer should be applied to the surface by saturating the surface with a brush or roller. Coating should be applied at least 2 hours after primer application. The material should be mixed homogeneously with a mixer or mechanical mixer before coating application. It is ready to use. It is recommended to apply with a satin roller. During application, the roller is completely immersed in the bucket and the material is completely wrapped around the roller, excess material in the roller is shaken and poured into the bucket. The roller should be applied slowly and without pressing the surface. The material in the roller paints a surface of approximately 80-90 cm from top to bottom in the width of the roller. After painting an area of approximately 2-3 m² in this way, the surface should be scanned thoroughly from top to bottom and right to left to spread completely on the surface, and in order to give a pattern to the surface, the pattern should definitely be given in one direction from top to bottom. For a smooth surface appearance, the direction of the pattern should definitely be in the same direction. At least 6 hours after the first layer application, the same application as the first layer should be done as the second layer application. At least 6 hours after the second layer application, Isothermal Insulation Polish is applied to ensure that the surface gains a shiny appearance and is protected against all kinds of external factors.

WARNING: Before application to metal surfaces, the surface must be protected against corrosion with anti-rust.
