ALYA 2K EPOXY ZINC RICH PRIMER (A)
DEFINITION
Alya 2K Epoksi Zinc Rich Astar iki bileşenli, bünyesinde %85 çinko tozu bulunduran, katodik koruma yapan, epoksi esaslı bir astardır.
Rafineri ve sanayi tesislerinde, köprü ve baraj inşaatlarında, tatlı su ve deniz suyu ortamındaki çelik yapıların ve ekipmanların yüksek korozyona karşı korunması amacı ile birinci kat astar olarak kullanılır.

FEATURES
It was developed especially for use on the interior and exterior surfaces of tanks containing oil in refineries and petrochemical plants. It can be easily used on all kinds of metal surfaces of piers, bridges, underwater and coastal manufacturing.
It can be stored for 6 months in its unopened packaging, in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight.

After the Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer (1411-1103) package is opened, it is homogenized by mixing well, preferably with a drill motor, and mixed with Epoxy Hardener (1411-1503) at the specified ratio. Epoxy Thinner (1451-1401) is added at the recommended ratio to bring the mixture to the application viscosity. (In spray applications, the application viscosity should be adjusted to 20” – 23” / DC4 / 20°C.) In order to increase the corrosion resistance, it is recommended that the prepared mixture be applied in a way that leaves at least 80 – 90 µ dry film thickness on the surface. If wet-on-wet application will not be made, 2 hours should be waited for the coat acceptance in the second coat application. During Application Air temperature should be between 5°C and 50°C, the temperature of the surface to be applied should be between 10°C and 30°C, and the relative humidity should be < 85%.
ALYA 2K EPOXY ZINC RICH PRIMER (B)
DEFINITION
It is a polyamide based epoxy hardener.
AREAS OF USE
It is used as the second component for ALYA EPOXY ZINC PRIMER.
The air temperature should be between 5°C and 50°C, the temperature of the surface to be applied should be between 10°C and 30°C, and the relative humidity should be < 85%.
It can be stored for 6 months in its unopened packaging, in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
