TANIM
It is a thermal insulation spray coating that provides energy saving in industrial pipes, based on specially modified pure acrylic resin and made up of vacuumed natural silica spheres that have been subjected to special processes.

FEATURES
It is water-based, provides heat insulation and is fire resistant.
It is used for energy saving purposes in hot-cold transfer pipes of all kinds of ships, oil and industrial facilities.

Application should be made on surfaces that are cleaned from all kinds of oil, dirt, rust and dust and have had their surfaces repaired. Isothermal Isopipe Coating application consists of a single layer application. The material should be mixed homogeneously with a mixer or mechanical mixer before the coating application. It is ready to use, no thinning should be done. Application is made by saturating the surface in a single layer with an airless spraying machine. The surface temperature should be between +5 and +30 during application. Heat transfer should be made from the pipes at least 12 hours after the application.
