Technical Specifications
Isothermal heat insulation coating material; It consists of silicate spheres of micron size, inside which the silicates are melted at 2200-2400°C and inflated with air, leaving stagnant air.
These spheres are UV resistant and provide heat, water and sound (high pitched sounds) insulation.
It has a radiant heat reflective feature.
Since it is a lightweight material, it imposes a load of approximately 600-700 grams per 1 m² on your walls.
In the first 5 to 10 years, the insulation value increases by 10-15% and never decreases. However, in other systems, on the contrary, it loses its insulation ability by 40-45% after 4-5 years. It even loses its feature without amortizing the cost.
Other insulation materials accumulate heat or cold and transfer it after reaching the saturation point, which both warms the interior and increases the normal air temperature on the exterior walls by 40-50%, creating a greenhouse effect in the environment.
However, it prevents this negativity due to its isothermal reflective feature.
Classical applications do not allow buildings to breathe. Isothermal allows them to breathe.
Soft and light colors should be preferred on exterior facades, because dark colors fade quickly and reduce reflective properties.
In isothermal temperate regions, it is applied in color with an average thickness of 2 mm . In cold regions, it is applied with a thickness of 3+2 mm (iso-plus+isothermal) .
Isothermal is a completely natural material. It does not contain any content that will harm the environment or human health etc.
Since it is natural, it is highly resistant to natural conditions and is a product that will live with the building.
After 10-15 years, if you want to change the color or repaint, you can paint it with any kind of exterior paint. Or, you can apply a colored 1-layer isothermal heat insulation coating on it. Isothermal heat insulation coating starts to deform at 650°C, it can withstand heat up to 900°C, it is flame retardant and does not cause fire.
A-1 is the fireproofing class.
It puts an end to humidity and moisture.
Waterproof, waterproof value is >0.1.
Isothermal heat insulation material does not contain carcinogenic or radioactive substances.
Isothermal thermal insulation coating is a water-based product and is completely natural.
