CONSUMPTION:

Depending on the type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied, 10-12 m² of area can be painted in a single coat with 1 liter. A controlled sample study should be carried out for exact consumption.

DRYING TIME (at 20°C, 65% HR)

Dust-free: 2 Hours

Touch dry: 4 hours

Second coat application: 5 hours

Final drying: 24 hours (drying time may be longer at higher relative humidity and lower temperatures).

It can be stored for 1 year in its unopened packaging, in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Close the lid of the packaging immediately after use in an airtight manner.

R 10: Flammable :
R 20/21/22: Harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed.
R 43: May cause sensitization by skin contact.
S 2: Keep out of reach of children.
S 23: Do not breathe vapour.
S 24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
S 37: Wear suitable gloves.
S 46: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label.
S 56: Dispose of this material and its container to hazardous or special waste collection point.
S 16: Keep away from ignition sources, do not smoke.
S 51: Use only in well-ventilated areas.

APPLICATION
It can be applied with a brush, roller and paint gun. The metal surface to be painted must be free of dirt, oil, dust, rust and old paint. Therefore, it is a necessary condition for the anti-rust to adhere completely to the surface to be thoroughly cleaned with a wire brush, scraper or sandblast. ANTİ-RUST PRIMER should be applied in two layers, and after the application (8-9 hours) the final coat of paint can be applied. (If possible, creating a different color or a noticeable tone difference for each layer to understand that it has covered completely prevents optical deception in covering.

THINNING
It should be diluted with 10–15% Synthetic Thinner.
