ISOPRIMER PRIMER

DEFINITION

Styrene is a transparent surface primer based on acrylic emulsion resin and used for internal and external purposes.

FEATURES

Isothermal Insulation Primer must be used in the priming process before the Isothermal Thermal Insulation Coating. Thanks to its high penetration and water impermeability properties, it prevents the surface from absorbing and ensures the integration of the material with the surface. It provides economy by reducing the consumption of the material.

It is applied on surfaces with low-quality absorbent paint that have lost their properties, aerated concrete, etc., on highly absorbent and/or dusty surfaces.

  • Parlaklık: Parlak

    Renk: Şeffaf

    Katı Madde: % 25±2 (Ağırlıkça)

    Yoğunluk: 1,01 gr/cm³

    Uygulama: Rulo ya da fırça

    Alevlenme Noktası: 150 °C- 200 °C

  • THINNING:
It is ready to use, no thinning is required, it can be diluted with water if necessary depending on the condition of the ground.

    CONSUMPTION:
Depending on the type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied, 5-7 m2 of area can be painted with 1 litre in a single coat.

DRYING TIME (at 20°C, 65% RH):
Touch dry: 60 minutes, Paint application: 4-6 hours, Final dry: 24 hours (drying time may be longer at higher relative humidity and lower temperatures).

  • It can be stored for 3 years in its unopened packaging, in a cool (+5°C to +30°C) and dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Close the lid of the packaging immediately after use in an airtight manner.

  • R 43: May cause sensitization by skin contact. S 2: Keep out of reach of children. S 23: Do not breathe vapour. S 24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. S 37: Wear suitable gloves. S 46: In case of swallowing, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label. S 56: Dispose of this substance and its container to hazardous or special waste collection point.

  • The surfaces on which the Isothermal Insulation Primer will be applied must be dry, clean and in a self-supporting condition. Isothermal Insulation Primer can be applied to the surface with a brush or roller without dilution. The surface temperature during application must be between +5°C and +30°C. The surface must be protected from frost during the primer application and drying periods. Paint must be applied at least 3 hours after the Isothermal Insulation Primer application. It must be applied without combing/polishing with a brush or roller (by making one turn on the surface in one direction). It is definitely not recommended to use the primer by diluting it with water or combing it, especially for insulation purposes, or to use it on glitolin paste or solvent-based primers and paints.
